hello doctor my son is not speaking should I go speech therapy he can understand all the things but he is opening the mouth

A. he speak little words but he is not responding for my words what am telling he will not reply

A. most of the babies babies will be in a position to speak small sentences of two to three words if your baby is not speaking properly at this is better consultant at events
