hello doctor ...my son is getting sick frequently ......on avg every 2 months he is using antibiotics ......which type of food should I give to my child ..........he has gastroenteritis (motions and vomthings ) at present

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello Mom keep the baby well hydrated and give home cooked meals also include coconut water soups and avoid giving juices to the child also include all food groups to the diet of the baby
