Hello doctor, My son is 8yrs old.one of this tooth fell down naturally,it's been over 45days now no new tooth have come in that place. what to do?

A. wait no manipulation can be done from your end if thr problem perissts consult pediatric dentist for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and baby will get teeth automatically and also please give your baby calcium tablets too and also it take sometimes to get new teeth. Take care
