hello doctor my son is 7month and 11days olds he is not even trying to sit... but he rolls over all place takes up things he is not even trying to kneel down and move...

A. his weight is 9kg and height is 72cm is this obesity?? is he not crawling because of this doctor???but he is so active and as well as he has started to pronounce words too..

A. it's fine sitting without support and crawling in children may sometimes come after one year of age also. if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry. just take care of regular diet and baby massage which will help in strengthening tshe muscles needed for sitting and crawling. in some cases crawling may be absent in children and directly the child will begin to stand with support and later walk swith support and then without support. take a medical check up done to confirm if there is need of any intervention.

Q. Hi, my baby is 7.5 months and is still not trying to crawl or sit. she just rolls over and turns around in same place. Also she is not teething yet.
