Q.
hello doctor.. my son is 4year old, today he fell from bed while sleeping, there is a big swelling on his left side of the face .. he is still sleeping as he slept only at 5am in the morning today (throughout the night he was playing).. there is no clinic today.. please help

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. give paracetamol for relief of pain apply ice cube if the spelling is there. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
