hello doctor.... my son is 4year old.... he s having some hairs in upper lips...is it a mustache is coming or it's normal facial hair pls suggest me doctor

Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Maintain hydration
