Hello Doctor My son is 3 years old.I am giving him 180 ml of milk three times a day.I just want to ask how much milk is essential for him?

A. thank you for reaching out with this question please no no more than 300 ml is needed what you can do is you can give other forms of milk like paneer cheese Shrikhand all of these should be preferably home made and it will be a great addition right now the focus should be on solids rather than liquids
