hello doctor, my son is 3 years old and we saw some kind of infection in his tongue! kindly advice what is this and what to do?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly applies zytee gel / dologel over the ulcer / paining area in the oral cavity.
you can use your finger to apply the gel and rotate the finger blindly in the oral cavity. do not worry about the ingestion of this gel.
this will only help in decreasing the pain as well as will help in faster healing. ift is also advisable to start a multivitamin supplement after consulting the doctor for this problem.
give fluids / juices in diet to the child.
see that child is not suffering from constipation.
meet dr if not improving

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello dear this can be because of the constipation in the child or maybe because of some nutritional deficiency so you can apply honey on it you can even apply paste of honey and turmeric on it
