Q.

Hello doctor.. my son is 3 months old.. my milk supply is uneven sometimes it's very low and sometimes it better.. my baby latches and unlatches while breastfeeding several times..I understood may be it's due to low milk supply. but now recently he don't want left side where milk supply is good. n he takes from right breast where milk supply is low. I m not able to figure out why he does so. latching an unlatching he does on daily basis.. please advice

A. Holding and swaddling your child or moving to a quiet area and dimming the lights can also help. Gently squeeze a few drops of breast milk onto your breast right before you try to get your baby to latch. The smell and taste of the milk can encourage your baby to feed.
