hello Doctor my son is 2 year 6 months old, he is having constipation ge does not eat properly what to do

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. now can befor. constipation or hard stools is common in babies . Change diet habits . Avoid junk food . Give fibre rich diet like green leafy vegetables, palak , cauliflower etc . And fruits like papaya apple etc . Give plenty of water and other fluids also . Can give laxatives post 2 years age only under a pediatrician guidance .
