Hello doctor, My son is 14 months old. I sm giving him formula milk from 7th month onwards. when can I stop that. He is still asking for milk at midnight when he feels hungry. so how to make him forgot it and eat some solid foods in the middle of sleep

break fast..midmorning snacks.. lunch.. evening snacks.. dinner.. increase the solids intake..
dinner give at 7.30pm-8.30pm
as dal roti doodh roti..
then before bed a cup or glass of milk..
