Hello doctor my son is 14 months old from few days he get up at mid night n cries a lot we thought may be due to stomach ace then we gave him neoptine then next day again same thing pls doctor suggest something.

A. it is due it teething. Teeth eruption is a process . No any particular medicine for easy teeth eruption as it is physiological but just give Vitamin D and calcium for the teeth eruption and also use of teether will help.
