hello doctor my son is 1 year 2 month old he is not eating solid food at all only milk

A. Hello mom children have this habit of taking comfort food and for them it is hence their mothers feed . So you have to plan out his daily diet routine such as meal time , snack time and also your feed time . And be a little firm and offer him family foods now
