hello doctor my son is 1 month 15 days baby m giving formula milk aswell as breakfast milk thinking that he is not getting digest milk for so can I give a neo smile drops

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl8 months agoA. But why are you giving both the milk are you low on your breastfeeding or what and second and this age kids generally have a poor digestion so there’s no need to give any medicine if the vomiting then you can consult your doctor 1st
