Hello doctor my son is 1.5 yr old and he has fever for last 2 day. Doctor give pcold suspension name syrups for fever and said give it 3 time a day. But he has fever so can we give to him every 6 hour

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again rvequired and y vou can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
