Hello doctor my son 22 months old still he is not talking just saying 1 or 2 words

A. Some kids pick up onto their speech a little late but if you want you can check with the speech therapist to understand if there is a problem also I would advise you to communicate more with your child and if you giving any screen time then you need to stop giving that
