hello doctor my son 2 years 6 month old. he is having cough.please tell me cough syrup

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl3 years agoA. that may be flu .For cough and cold steam can be given as a home remedy for now and also you can start giving some cough syrup like asthakind LS but if the problem is more and there is some breathing difficult then consult a nearby doctor for this .
