Hello Doctor my is 19 month old I will give watermelon to eat today she is poop red colour stool

A. See mostly the colour of stool is not going to change because of the watermelon that so what you do is your monitor the school tomorrow also if you see redness is there without having watermelon then this is blood and in that case it could be a stomach infections you need to be more clear about it
