Hello doctor, My hair has started falling after delivery, tell me any solution which can reduce my hairfall.

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Hairfall after delivery is common due to hormonal changes in the body. To reduce it, include protein and vitamin rich foods and drink lots of fluids. Massage scalp with mild oil like olive or coconut or almond oil twice a week and wash off with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use heat and chemical treatments. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
