Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Please follow your doctor's instructions. You can start with one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually. Start with either Dal Ka Pani or rice Ka Pani or rice porridge or mashed carrot or clear vegetable soup or any one vegetable puree or any one fruit puree or stewed apple or stewed pear initially. You can continue formula feeding. There should be atleast 2 sessions of formula feeding.
