Hello Doctor.. My daughter's nose is block due to cold. Her nose is not runny block and difficult to breath while sleeping and its been 1 month she is having cold. I also consulted with a doctor he gave her medicine and told her chest is clear. but nothing is working neither nasal spray nor medicine. Please give some suggestion.

See along with the medicine and nasal spray you are using if you’re using fan at a higher speed and all you should avoid using that because fan actually irritates the nose and creates more of congestion into the nose so you should avoid during this time I think then it is going to help also you can nebulise three times in the day with regular saline water

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. 
along with that cough expectorant and decofngestant wgiith antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
