Hello doctor my daughter is having fever from last 20days ek din theek hojate hai dusre din aur aata hai fever maine doctr ko b dekhaya usne bus dawayii di please aap bol sakte hai yeh kya prblm hogii ...im so worried please help mee

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can givef paracetamol in a dosve of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
