talk talk talk.... the more u talk to her...she will respond in same way. 
u Kno...it is generally said that second child speaks quickly and is more active . reason...she sees her elder sibling and learns from her.  the same goes for first child. if u will interact more... u will see a striking difference in ur baby.

Hello dear parent! Communicate more with your child. Keep telling stories and sing and play together. Avoid screens. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Few elders suggest to give a teaspoon of honey in the mornings for better health and speech. Good luck and take careZ
