Hello doctor my daughter is about to one year old ......she had a fever around 102 from last 2 days which didn't com down despite of giving dolo drops and maptal P what should I do...... please suggest

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful jfor the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further managemgent consult dr.
