Hello doctor๐. my daughter is 9 mnths old she has costipation problem frm 3 mnths i cnslt my dr.& given lactoluse solution fr a week aftr tht again she hv contipation problem wht to do pls suggest

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. often happens due to dehydration and lack of fibre diet. early weaning can also be a reason. offer semi solid watery meals khichdi dalia oats etc or fruit purees .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi usually it happens because of inadequate intake of fluids and low fiber diet. so please keep your child well hydrated offer fiber rich food like palak puree, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child. give Massage to your child daily give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands. move your child legs in cycling motions. maintain good hygiene
