Hello Doctor, My daughter is 7 months old. She doesn't burps after having bm at night while sleeping. And sometimes she vomits also when she doesn't burps. Like today also after an hour of having bm, she took out some milk like doing vomiting and then again slept. I took her on my shoulders again to make her burp but she didn't. She also moat of the times have acidity problem. I am also giving her gripe water.
