Hello doctor, My daughter is 4yrs and 3 months old. She stopped her daytime nap since January 2024. Night time also she sleeps for 8 to 9hrs only. I see a lots of changes in her character suddenly like being angry and cranky all the time. Shouting and crying for everything. She used to be kind and calm. But now she has become opposite. She hardly smiles now. Is this due to her sleep cycle? Should I consult a Psychologist?
