Hello Doctor, my daughter is 3yrs now, she is pooping 5 times a day from past 6days. some times it's normal n some times it's loose motions. can you please suggest me

Maintain hydration
Potty colouring may varies between dark yellow to green colour
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
