hello doctor, my daughter 2yr 3months old she is havng 8 teeths but all the teeths are not formed till now? is it normal ?

A. hello m ideally all the 20 milk teeth should come by the age of 3 years of life but in some kids whoose initial teething is little bit delayed the milk teeth w erupts little late. if all milk teeth do not come by the age of 3.5 years please visit a dentist
