hello doctor My daughter 2 years ki hai.. Use simple dudh deti hu pine ko but me chah rhi hu k milk me koi protein shake mila kr du... To doctor aap koi milk protein shake ka name bta dijiye..

A. There's no benefit to giving your child protein powder unless it's been prescribed or recommended by your pediatrician.
