hello Doctor, My child is almost one year but does have a tooth, is there anything I should be worry about.

babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months. so don't get tensed and wait for some more time and meanwhile keep checking for the signs of teething.

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, usually teething will happen until 18 months. Gently massage on the gums with your fingers. Since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home. Give more fibre and calcium rich food.
