hello doctor my child is 8year old I am giving her saffron milk daily Is it good or it causes early puberty .Someone is saying it is good and some not. Can u pls suggest me the good

Of course giving a two or three strands of saffron and milk every day is not a problem it has got no connection with puberty because actually it is warm in nature that’s why people say things like this but if you giving it in a decent minimal quantity I don’t see any problem in giving it to the child
