hello doctor, my child is 55 days old and he cries whole night inspite of medication for gas.. how to calm him down and make him stop crying.. please help 🙏

A. uh xdsmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
