Hello doctor, my child is 5 months old.. can i start solid food now or i should wait till he is 6 months

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it is good if you can wait till 6 month and continue to breastfeed exclusively for that duration because mother's milk is the best once in a lifetime Goody that you need to provide him exclusively tell 6 month at least
