Hello doctor My child is 5,1/2 years old.I just wanted to ask whether giving bournvita in milk is good for health or it has zero benefits.what else can we give to our baby .

A. Mam if you check the product you will find lots and lots of sugar into it it is not mention straight but some of the other weight is loaded with sugar which I don’t feel It is good to be given to the child looking for something good then you can go for giving dry fruit powder which you can make at home Gritzo is good you can check about that also
