my child had fever from yesterday evening I gave fever drops 6 times once from yesterday evening to today morning 7'o clock suddenly she started crying extremely and sha had epilepsy we took her to the hospital and the temperature is 102, after treatment she is ok now. but my doubt is here after will my child get epilepsy regularly like epilepsy patient? please give some advice.

fever is the response of the body towards any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body and only when the temperature isvs above 99F it is called as fever, so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose which can be again repeated after every 5 - 6 hours if required and do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever in between the doses.
