hello Doctor, my baby will complete 8 months on 16th June. I have few questions about him

1- he keeps itching his body and makes scratches with his nails, his body is also very dry - what can I do for his betterment (attaching his skin photo)

2- also he drinks very less milk, yesterday @ 7: pm he has apple puree and in the night I gave him milk @ 9:30 pm he vomitted again I tried at 11:30 am he took only 70 ml of milk and in the morning 5:30 forcefully he took 50 ml again @ 8:30 am I gave him 120 ml (force feeding)

2 .you need to stop force feeding,it causes food aversion in babies.
instead of it, try different favored food items
just Serve it , don't force,let your child take time to accept it.

1. for skin problem,as child is having extra dry skin,you need to be very careful
especially choosing skin care products for him 
so first I would suggest to use baby body wash instead of soap while bathing, especially Babyhug body wash which contains Natural milk protine and keep the skin well hydrated
you have to limit your child bath time up to 10 minutes
it should not be more than this
keep your child well hydrated
