hello doctor,my baby trying to take doll from the trolley, suddenly he felling off ,he injured at right side part of forehead, feeding time for baby falling is 30min,he vomited with in 5min after falling,now no vomits nd he actively played .is any problem for injury

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger signs like
severe headache or
excessive crying or
excessive vomiting or
abnormal movements or
lethargy or
seizures then kindly meet your doctor immediately for examination.
if none of above danger signs are presentz then you can follow wait and watch policy
for pain you can givex paracetamol which will help in also decreasing swelling on the head.
also apply ice locally.
