hello doctor my baby puts lots of pressure while potty... though she drinks lots of water... is there any way to help her poop easily

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. hi parent modify diet avoid baked and packed food give lots of oral Fluids and diet rich in fibre like oats banana papaya etc give lukewarm water to drink if the problem persists consult your doctor

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Make sure your child eats fruits, vegetables and whole grain cereals every day. Adding a daily serving of raisin bran cereal or other high-fiber cereal to his diet can be helpful. Make sure your child drinks extra water and fruit juice between meals. A serving of prune juice or prunes once a day may help.
