If there is bleeding then I’m going to recommend you to consult your doctor because there would be no such home remedy till the time you do not figure out what’s the problem with the child while your child is having this kind of an issue so without any delay I think it would be good to consult your paediatrician for further assessment and treatment regarding the situation
