hello doctor, my baby is teething since 2 months now n i can see small teeth coming. i have not given any medicine or applied any gel. he always eat his fingers and now takes almost every cloth he is wearing, blankets, towels in his mouth. please suggest what to do??any medicine to help n soothe him??

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. no please do not apply any medicine. if the child is not irritable then nothing needs to be done.
make sure to massage the gums with a clean moist cotton cloth and give silicone teethers to chew
whatever the child puts in the mouth should always be clean
