hello doctor my baby is six months old from last two days she uncomfortable in motion and toilet while going she sounding and normal time also. why? which syrup i want use plz suggest

A. no syrup can be advised just like this it is difficult to comment upon like this as also this needs a clinical examination and then only any advice or opinion can be made or treat ment can be started
