Hello doctor My baby is of 3months old, he is not sleeping more than 7hrs in a day.He sleeps only in lap and he wakes quick by crying what might be the reason. suggest me to make him sleep well

A minimum 8 to 10 hours sleep is very important in this age so make sure that your child is sufficiently full and start making your child sleep directly on the bed or whatever thing you’re making your child sleep caught or anything but do that and apart from that make sure that your child is efficiently full and put earplugs or cotton so the child is not disturbed by the outside noise
