hello doctor my baby is now 3month old tday we gave him 2nd dose injections after that he is having 37c fever nd he doing toilet 3time like mucus nd he not drinking milk like daily is it normal

A. If the baby is passing loose motions then start giving zinc drops to the baby and give ORS if baby is frequently passing motions watery to maintain electrolyte balance in the body
