hello doctor. my baby is active, eating well, poop and pee normal. but from last 2 days he has started getting these rash kind of pimples. it started from his face and today is all over his body. when to doc today he gave anti allergy medicine. but it's still spreading fast. what can this be? I am going to another doctor tomorrow. but very worried now.
