hello doctor my baby is 8 months old and she has a lots of pimples on her cheeks and something is growing day by day on her nose and chin area not impetigo but seems like some infection i have used atonide cream but no use it is same as before please check and suggest me any cream to stop pimples and nose chin patch like

It May be due to drooling
Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
It will correct soon
