hello doctor, my baby is 5 months 3 days old. During her birth, she had vitamin D insufficiency hence doctor had prescribed nutri-d to her for a span of 1 year. i have noticed that when ever I give her nutri d , her appearance will change to a matured aged look . once I stop her appearance becomes normal. plz suggest what course of action I needed take

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician2 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 5 months old and she is having vitamin d3 deficiency so you should give her only 400 iu vitamin d3 daily till one year and her appearance after feeding it is your view
