hello doctor. my baby is 5 and half month old. and baby is both on breastmilk and formula feed. wanted to introduce some solids. can you please suggest cerelac which is good to start with. pls advise.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear Mum you should wait for baby to complete 6 months there is no advantage of early introduction of top food after completion of 6 months prefer to give home foods like homemade cerelac, khichdi, vegetables fruits puree

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed the baby till the baby complete 6 month and after the baby complete 6 months you can start your child with semi solid food and liquid based food in the diet which will help in the growth of the child and absolutely nothing to worry
