Hello Doctor,My baby is 4 months old and he has suddenly stop taking feeds at regular intervals.... initially the gap was 1.5 hrs between 2 feeds and niw it has increased to 3 to 4 hrs. The quantity has nit increased in same ration. Please suggest why his feed intake has decreased.

If your baby is taking enough milk in one take then you should not worry that baby is taking feed in three hours gap. But still you should try to feed your baby in every two hours and in night you can give a gap of 3 to 5 hours that is totally fine. But don’t give anything else till baby turned six months old.
