Hello Doctor My baby is 4 month old so please tell me tummy time duration and how many times in a day I should give tummy time for my baby ?

A. As the baby is 4 months old you can give tummy time to the baby a couple of times a day for few minutes. Avoid giving it immediately after breastfeeding or when the baby is hungry. Anywhere between 30-45 minutes per day should be fine. it helps to strengthen the baby's shoulders arms back and also helps with gas problem.
